If we discover any problems during a service, or we have diagnosed your problem for you and your vehicle requires mechanical repairs, we will never take any action unless you have approved it. We always call to give you an estimate of the cost and the time it will take to repair your vehicle to get you back on the road as quickly as we can.

Steering & Suspension

Most suspension systems on modern vehicles include shock absorbers, ball joints, tie rod ends and bushes, just to name a few. Your suspension should provide a smooth and comfortable ride, even on uneven roads or surfaces. It ensures all 4 tyres maintain firm contact with the road for effective steering and braking systems. A worn shock absorber can lengthen your stopping distance by 2.6 metres!

We can easily diagnose and replace faulty and failed batteries. Signs your battery is wearing out include a warning light, rapid clicks instead of engine turning over, or you require a jump-start to get going.

Basic tunes are important for modern vehicles. Not only can blocked/dirty filters damage your engine, worn spark plugs can also put your ignition system under stress. Periodic basic tune ups are your best defence against lead, coil and module failures; not to mention the power and fuel economy increases and the savings to your wallet. We can also tune your late model diesel. Waiting for misfire symptoms to present themselves often costs more money in the long run.



It is important to NEVER ignore warnings from your vehicle about overheating. The main causes of failed cooling systems are heat, age and lack of maintenance. We always check our customer’s vehicles as part of our routine servicing because prevention is always better than cure.
